Somerset Education Business Partnership (EBP) works with business and education to help young people develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will help them become the successful workforce of the future. We achieve this through our portfolio of education business link activity designed to provide opportunities for young people to:

	Gain direct experience of the world of work
	Participate in learning experiences based around business and enterprise contexts.

We strongly believe that young people’s motivation and aspiration is raised through programmes that:

	Increase their understanding of business, enterprise and the economy;
	Develop the enterprise and employability skills required to achieve success in education, training and employment.
